I got my butt kicked today, and I loved it!

We joined a gym! Again. : )

Backstory: My left leg has been hurting, so I need to cut back on the treadmill for now, but I'm still determined to slim down!! My solution? Join a gym and participate in at least one group class a day. At least 5 times a week, preferably six. BONUS: we get to work out together!

Tonight we did the Bodyworks plus Abs class. It's pretty much a one hour total body workout. And let me just say...it kicked our butts. In a good way. Then we sat in the sauna for as long as we could stand it. I've seriously never had so much sweat dripping from my body. Ever. Tomorrow morning we're doing Aqua Fit (water aerobics with weights). I'm really excited about that class cuz I love being in water. We'll see how excited I am afterwards.
One more thing...Cindy and I made a pact. If we give up the gym and stay fat, we get to punch each other in the face. Okay, I made the pact and Cindy just laughed. That still counts, right? I'll let you know how that works out.
